Our Goals
Athletes for Action is focused on supporting female athletes, families, and local communities by providing resources, education, and advocacy tools to ensure fairness in school sports programs.
Protect
Protect girls’ and women’s sports by supporting policies and school programs that promote fair competition and meaningful opportunities for female athletes.
Define
Transathletes say they simply want a chance to play. But competitive sports, as opposed to intramural sports, are not supposed to be inclusive. Varsity teams are selective; colleges recruit athletes to fill their rosters.
Educate
Provide education and resources to athletes, families, and school leaders on the factors that impact fairness and opportunity in sports, equipping them to make informed decisions.
Advocate
Advocate for strong school sports programs that ensure female athletes have equal access to opportunities, funding, and the conditions needed to compete and succeed.
Inform
Inform communities, policymakers, and athletic organizations about the challenges facing female athletes, highlighting the importance of fairness, safety, and integrity in competition.
Support
Support female athletes and their families by building strong community networks, listening directly to female athletes’ experiences, and providing mentorship, resources, and programming that foster confidence, development, and long-term success in sports.
Influence
Influence school policies and athletic guidelines by partnering with communities and stakeholders to strengthen fair and sustainable sports programs for female athletes.

At Athletes For Action, our mission is to educate, empower, and advocate for Title IX and the advancement of girls’ and women’s sports while protecting the integrity of these programs. We believe in giving parents and girls a voice, ensuring their concerns are heard and valued as we actively lobby for girls’ rights in sports and push for equitable policies and legislation. By working collaboratively with schools, leagues, and stakeholders, we develop innovative solutions that guarantee fair locker room spaces and athletic opportunities for female athletes. Our commitment is to foster a culture of inclusivity and support, enabling every girl to thrive in a safe and empowering environment, while we strive to break down barriers and create a brighter future for women’s sports by upholding the rights of female athletes at all levels.
